Dr Burns was terrific-upbeat, but compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. She answered every question thoroughly, drew a lot of pictures that helped with her explanations, made herself and her office very available to me, and made me feel that I was important to her. My only issue was that scheduling my surgery involved a waiting period that we consider to be too long. I wish Dr Burns could be cloned so this wonderful doctor could serve more people in a timely manner.

Dr Burns has the best "bedside manner and can de-escalate fears with her humor and confidence. She puts you at ease in the first minutes of your appointment. I felt relief knowing she is the quarterback of my team.
