My son and I love Dr. Bradley. He is excited to go to his appointments.
Today my four year old had a check up and nurse Brooke was amazing. My son was a little scared but her kindness and joyfulness helped so much. We have been coming here since my oldest was two years old , he is now seven . My family loves this doctors office so much
All about the money and not my daughters care. Front desk and billing staff (Tiffany) turned my one year old daughter away due to error on the insurance company (Florida Blue) while I'm in the process of fighting them to pay denied claims. The staff at the office even acknowledged that it was odd what the insurance company is doing. I have been taking my daughter to this office since she was born. I have had no complaints about them, in fact I would always love coming here and seeing Dr. Hughes as I think she is a wonderful doctor and handles my daughter with great care. Yesterday, I was on the way to bring my daughter to her wellness check up. I called to inform them I was running a few minutes late and the gal that answered the phone stated that I have a balance on my account. I was aware of this because I have been going back and forth fighting with my insurance company about unpaid claims. Which they were aware of as well. (error on the insurance company's part) Insurance picked and choose dates they would pay and stated that there was no coverage when I have proof that there in fact was coverage and premium was paid for the months they claim of no coverage. However, back to the doctors office, the front desk and billing staff turned me away due to this issue even after they agreed that there is a major issue on the insurance end and agreeing what was going on is odd. I understand they have a business to run but to turn away a child's health care that has active insurance and because of error on the insurance end screams they are not in the best interest of the child's care but all about the money. She even stated they would not see her if an issue arises (gets sick, ect.) It would be a different case if I was someone who was deliberately not paying my bill. But this is fault of the insurance company. I've worked medical front office since 2014 and there has never been a case where we denied a patient due to the insurance fault. Very disappointing.
I use to love this office. Not just the location but all the offices in general. Until the office made it an issue with who I wanted my son to see. My son has seen multiple doctors between Palm harbor location and Trinity for sick visits etc... so he never really had a set primary in my opinion. I had set up a visit with a Dr.Black who I felt comfortable with for my son's current situation. Otherwise, he normally sees Dr.Bradley for well visits and sick visits. After making an appointment the Palm Harbor office had called to confirm only to have to cancel the next day because the office manager at Trinity had called saying he needs to see his primary and close this situation out with her before going to a new doctor. Which if it was a problem why didn't Palm harbor say that to me before confirming my appointment ? and why wasn't Palm Harbor calling me since my appointment was with their location ? I was at work while they called and left multiple VM before I even had the chance to call them back once. On my lunch break I called Palm harbor where they didn't know what was going on and had to transfer me to Kasie the office manager at Trinity who was leaving VM on my phone. Once transferred I was forwarded to her VM and then given a call back. After speaking with Kasie I ended up having to cancel the appointment that I had already made arrangements for to be able to have someone drive me son and meet me there after work so we didn't miss this appointment even though I was already leaving work early and there was nothing she could do to accommodate me or really just didn't want to and didn't really care you could just tell in her voice. Previously to me calling her after receiving her VM I found out that a Family member of mine a grandmother of my sons and i say a grandmother because he has 3 called in concerns to what was going on. Although I understand her concerns, I didn't not authorize for her to get any information. While I was on the phone with Kasie, she admitted to having to speak to the grandmother which of she could not tell me what the grandmother's name was. I told Kasie I did not sign any paper work authorizing them to do so. She apologized and said there was miscommunication.... well, the only miscommunication there was is her not asking for a first and last name of who was calling to look up in his chart if i even authorized the release of information to this person which she failed to do so ! All she heard was this person was the grandmother and that was good enough for her. So not only could Kasie care less to help me out with an appointment that they confirmed and then told me to cancel but she talked to an unauthorized person telling them " I can't keep switching doctors" first of all if I want my son seeing a different doctor because I don't like one then by all means he will ! After this conversation with Kasie, I asked for someone higher than the office managers to please reach out to me about all of this that had occurred and after she told me she would she failed to do so. She has the WORST customer service I have ever endured ! I felt like I was playing phone tag with how many times I was transferred and put on hold between her and the palm harbor office. The medical assistants are top notch though ! always go above and beyond for me and my kiddo ! but I must add to this they need to find a better way at making appointments the waiting on hold and to get through to make an appointment is absurd !
My granddaughters have been taken care of by Dr. Mitchell and the other specialist that work here. The doctors and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of children illnesses but most of all when we have to call with a last minute appointment they always try to get them in. We have been coming to the Trinity facility for 10 years and the girls love to see Dr. Mitchell. Keep up the good work!
This facility is fantastic! I was given this practice as a recommendation from almost all of my friends. The doctors are fantastic! The front desk could use some lessons in manners but it’s worth it being ignored when I walk to the front desk for the good care my child receives. I just walk out when they ignore and it seems to work. The girl at the front just stared at me when I came to check out. Really uncomfortable and strange lol
Kasie is unprofessional and seems to be unfamiliar with kids by her demeanor. She seems extremely rude in the office compared to when she’s on the phone. Don’t expect her to go above and beyond for you. She does the bare minimum.
we have been bringing my daughter here for 16 years, since she was first born. Dr .Dwyer is her primary care He is Amazing., so grateful to him and all his knowledge and experience and caring and Bedside manner, Absolutely the Best, All the Doctors there are extraordinary, and the Staff is Professional, Kind and extremely helpful and comforting. happy environment for sick kids to be less frightened in. Thanks God for Them, when you have a sick child and the dr is their to help they are angels!!
I have been taking my 2 children here for 2 years. On my last visit with my 2 yr old I was told by her doctor that she needed vaccines in order for them to keep seeing them at their practice but I told her we have a strong religious belief and we personally don’t feel comfortable giving our children vaccines anymore . So she told me “well in order for us to keep seeing her she needs them” that made me feel very uncomfortable she dint even ask or suggest anything else this doctor doesn’t respect any person or personal beliefs!! Whatsoever… so this happened like 4 weeks ago on our last visit . I received 2 letters saying they will no longer be seeing my children because I don’t want to proceed any vaccination on my children and to look for a new doctor! You bet I will find a new doctor who will care and respect people’s beliefs. Your practice lost a good family we were very pleased with your doctors and all but after this visit I knew it wasn’t going to be good anymore.
We have been going here with our kids for years. Highly recommend! We always saw Dr. Alvarez who is so fantastic but unfortunately doesn't come to the Trinity location anymore. My last two visits with my girls, we have seen Dr Remer and we can not say enough good things about her. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
