After arriving 15 minutes early for a 9:30 AM appointment, I finally walked out after an hour and a half wait ( 11:00 AM) unseen by any doctor. This disrespect for my time and effort is totally unacceptable. When I asked at the front desk if I had been forgotten they responded that the doctor had gotten “ backed up”. In my world, “ backed up “ is 30 minutes late, not a no show after 90 minutes.I’ll find another doctor who can appreciate being on time. Clearly, this is not the place for me!

I would recommend Dr Nagaraju to coordinate with your gyn for repair of vaginal prolapse/ hysterectomy. I was always afraid I would have an “embarrassing moment of leakage at the wrong time” and hated how physical exercise was not enjoyable due to the feeling that my insides would fall out! Immediately after surgery I could feel a difference - the bulge was not there. My bladder and bowel urgency is greatly improved. In addition the office staff is very efficient. Highly recommend Dr Nagaraju!

Good luck with getting a call back with prescription refills. My elderly father is waiting for a call back for 3 days.If you call on the weekend there's not even an option to leave a message.Incidentally, the automated system is ineffective as it appears no one uses it.

Best doctor ever. Kind, dedicated, listens to his patients and more. All of his patients love him. Doctor recently took care of my kidney stone. While in the hospital, every nurse only had wonderful things to say about him.

Yes, I would highly recommend Dr. Nagaraju to my family and friends. My recent surgery performed by him has greatly improved my pro-lapsed bladder condition and I feel back to normal again. I commend him for his skill, thoroughness and care for his patients.

I was recommended to this office through my PCP; however, the recommendation was for a different dr who was booked; so I scheduled with Dr. Nagaraju. First visit was good, he gave me some sample drugs to take for an overactive bladder. 2nd visit, not so good. His assistant told me he was going to do an in office procedure. I knew nothing about this. The assistant was hard to understand. He proceeded with the scope which was very painful. The dr went to review results. When he came back in he proceeded to tell me about this surgery he could perform. I asked him what the results of my scope were and he said everything looked normal that he wanted to go with the surgery because of my complaints. He never asked about the sample drugs he gave me or if they worked. He told me someone would call to inquire if I wanted to do the surgery and set up a date for it. No one called except the surgical center, 6 days after the appointment. They were calling to go over the requirements for the surgery scheduled in 2 weeks. I told her I didn't schedule any surgery and had not even gotten a call to see if I want to do it or not. It's elective surgery I might add. I am definitely not moving forward with anything with this dr. It's a shame to think there are dr's out there just performing unnecessary surgeries. Had this dr asked, I would have told him the sample drugs were working fine.

I had a TURP procedure done by Dr. Nagaraju. He did a great job, was thorough and I feel great.
