Dr. Perryman is the BEST optometrist in Troy. I had an eye injury over the weekend and followed up with her on Monday. She took me back immediately and alleviated my pain. She takes time to listen and sympathize with her patients and her staff is amazing as well! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Perryman knew right away why my eye was extremely painful, though it wasn't that common of an ailment. She gave me a sample of meds, to save the $400 price of a full tube at the pharmacy. I was a little in shock, but when I went back the next day (today) she took extra time to answer all of my nervous questions about my new condition. I feel much better, being well informed, and my eye is already feeling a lot better too.

Pressured me to change contact lens brands, despite my high degree of satisfaction with my previous brand. Only later discovered that is because she charges more for the new brand. Ive requested my prescription be changed back to my preferred brand, but Dr has refused. I suppose I'll have to pay another $70 for another contact lens "fitting" if I want my old Rx back. Also not much in the way of "bedside manner." I'm very unhappy with my experience at Family Eye Center. Won't go back
