Been a patient of this doctor for just over 2 years. Every time have been treated with kindness, respect, and has been very helpful in assisting me with things I didn't even ask about. Always punctual and also has been available at the last minute which to me was unheard of before with my last family doctor. Highly recommend him and like others have said on here hope he doesn't leave anywhere anytime soon.

Dr. Smith is very kind and helpful. I have never felt rushed with him and never felt unheard by my concerns. What I like most is that he is not afraid to refer you to a specialist if he isn't as familar as someone else with a concern you may have. I am so glad I have him as my familys doctor!

Dr Smith is fantastic. When he took over my old physicians practice at Two Rivers, I looked him up to see generally how he was rated. I saw a 5 star rating and thought this is too good to be true. No one in health care gets ratings that good. Well its been a few years now, and I have seen him on multiple occasions, as well as the rest of my family. I want to say that it is completely true ! He is a fantastic family physician! First off he is smart. He also asks good questions, he listens to your answers and asks what you think. He is not afraid to refer you to a specialist or order appropriate testing. He explains his rational and he is kind, empathetic. Can't say enough good things. Basically feel that we have hit the jackpot with him. Hope he never leaves!

I switched from Preston Medical to Two Rivers and what a night and day change. 2 years and Dr Smith & staff are the upmost caring, patient humans. Once we had an appt that I had forgotten about & in a work lunch meeting, he said for me not to worry and he called me back at 5:30pm. Another time I was scared to tell Dr Smith what I was dealing with as it was my meet & greet with him & thought he would judge like my last doctors office and he said " I do not judge you as a person outside or inside my career, do not worry" and I have yet to ever have a bad experience. I am so beyond grateful for this office.
