I made an appointment over three months ago with Dr. Barmore at her new Trussville location on Main Street. I confirmed this is where the appointment would be as she was moving out of her former location. Two days before my appointment I get an email saying that it’s not going to be at the location in Trussville it’s going to be in Pinson. The woman I spoke to, named Mary, when I called you confirm that it would not be in Trussville was not empathetic and never once said I’m sorry you were told the wrong information. Very disappointed I had to wait three months before being told they changed the location two days before my appointment. Very inconvenient for me and very unprofessional. I’ll be finding a new provider for my husband and I.
