He has cared for me at the pell city location but cares for my daughter at his trussville office. He’s always been very attentive to her and doesn’t make us feel like a number. He takes his time with Ava and that, we appreciate. I highly recommend him if you’re searching for a family practice Dr.

I went in for a checkup and they charged my insurance for a "wellness visit" and an "office visit" so I had to pay two co-pays. I won't be going back.

He does no follow through very well . Have to call back to get prescription or X-ray as we agreed on.

I love Doctor Boykin and Celeste the nurse was wonderful too, but the slim woman that works at the front desk is horrible so very rude, she was ride to me and very rude to my Son!!!... without her the place would be perfect

I have been with Dr Boykin for 5 yrs. He is an amazing Dr. He listens to what you have to say and is truly caring. He has treated me for my knee and helped me get the best surgeon to replace it. I have followed him from Pell City where he started to Happy Hollow Rd and will not use anyone else. My husband does not like doctors but he will see Dr Boyken. Which is saying alot..... I recommend him to everyone.

The greatest doctor I have EVER had. I had been asking doctors my whole life to check my thyroid and they all said I was fine. First time I went to doctor Boykin, he listened to every concern I had and sent me for testing on EVERYTHING. Turns out, I was a 20 year old with stage two thyroid cancer in my body for over three years. Thanks to doctor Boyken and his WONDERFUL staff I am now a happy, healthy, cancer free 22 year old. My whole family has made him their primary care doctor and my dad, who was on almost 20 medications is now taking only a few and the healthiest he has been in years. He never dismisses any concerns, and will do what’s necessary for you to get peace of mind and or results. I can’t thank this man enough for all he has done for my family and me.
