My procedure was basically simple and went well. However I arrived at 900 a.m. as instructed was prepared for the procedure but the actual procedure did not happen until about 145 p.m. I don’t understand why I was laying on the transport gurney in the holding room for almost 4 hours. I was very uncomfortable and was not told why or what was causing the delay. I was finally discharged after recovery at around 400 p.m. the Doctors and Nurses were very polite and professional but I think scheduling needs to be addressed. Betty who carried me out was a familiar face and was an angel at the end of the day. We love DCH and hope this honest assessment helps to prevent future complaints by calling this to your attention. Dr. Winfield showed a complete knowledge of my problems and explained the options clearly. He has scheduled more tests to further define possible ways to correct. His explanation of the procedures was very good No magic yet but progress on a road to a possible better situation.

Front office was very rude and did not seem very happy. I also am also scheduled with one doctor but always see a different doctor.

Thanks to Dr. Howard Winfield and his staff. I am so grateful to God for giving man the ability to help man kind with our sinknes . knowing it is God that is in charge. Special thanks to Dr.Winfield and his nurse practitionerSusan Windham. I would recommend Dr Howard Winfield to everyone. Praise be to God.

Office was run very efficiently and staff was pleasant and professional. Dr. Winfield was very thorough with my first appointment. He provided me with information that was easy to understand and he was very empathic.

Dr Winfield was very warm and caring. He listened to my concerns an shared his knowledge and experience with me and my wife. He gave me all my options and made an educated recommendation based on my current health age and medical condition. He answered all my questions about any procedure that we were considering and gave us confidence in using him for my robotic procedure. When trying to find the most qualified surgeon we are impressed that he is one of the top surgeons in this field and this is one of the best facilities for my procedure. I would recommend Dr Winfield to anyone looking for a surgeon with his specialty in robotic surgery.
