During a recent knee and shoulder injury Dr Atkins was my attending physician. The services I received were most excellent from Dr Atkins care and that of his medical staff at both Northport Clinic and the Annex. Dr Atkins' no nonsense approach tells you like it is. Very approachable, friendly, and a caring physician. Quality care all the way around! Most definitely would recommend Dr Tosh Atkins (5 stars) of UOC in Tuscaloosa / Northport, Alabama. Dr. Atkins performed total right knee replacement surgery the middle of November 2022. He is very skilled in using the Stryker (Mako) surgery that involves less damage to nerves and muscles which allows for a faster recovery. I couldn't be more pleased with the results after just four months. Dr. Atkins and his staff are very professional and easy to work with. After doing the physical therapy and the exercises, I'm very happy with the outcome.

I was referred to him by my doctor for treatment for my knees and I was very satisfied with the treatment that was given. The entire staff was very nice and respectful and I liked going to him!!!

Dr. Atkins is an excellent doctor. He is very professional, caring and has a great bed side manner. He take the time to explain everything so that you can understand your options and the best treament for you. Couldn't ask for a better physician/surgeon.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Atkins for many years He is the best knee surgeon in my opinion. I’ve had several surgeries done by Tosh and he has always explained about the procedures, Especially the most frequent ,my left total knee replacement , and the infection that occurred. He took a lot of time explaining everything I would be experiencing during the long recovery time. I am soo fortunate to know Tosh Atkins as my ortho doctor, and a friend. I know he is always available if I need him again. ❤️🙏🏼. Thanks for everything 🌟
