Going here is a waste of time, and testament to the fact that seeking help for your problems is pointless in this day and age. Save your time and save your money and don't even bother.

Just save your time and do not come here. No one seems willing to help you. Had an appointment over the phone, called 5 minutes ahead like I was told to do. Receptionist forgot I called. I called an hour later cause I did not want to burden anyone. She said “Oh I forgot to tell her.” Had an appt April 5th. Was having a terrible week. I had several breakdowns after that issue. Best they could do was get me in at the end of April. I found a different place to go to. I even called requesting an earlier appt cause I needed help bad. Was supposed to get a call back, nothing. They need to fire that lady at the front desk. Friend of the family said they went there and she had forgotten they were in the lobby waiting, Missed their appt too.

In my opinion, this place is better than the Opelika mental health facility... they helped turn my life around.. Thanks Dr. Rowe and Mr. Jim.

This is a picture of Valley Haven. EAMH (Alsobrook Ctr) is next door. EAMH has helped me beyond words. They are still helping me. If you or anyone you know need mental health PLEASE call Ms. Luann for an appointment. ASAP!!!
