It says open at 8am it is 8:45am said they are waiting for the receptionist! We’ll they need to fire whoever the hell that is! 6th time being at this place since has opened and there has always been complaints about this place. One positive thing is doctor is pretty nice

I didn't appreciate the fact that the doctor and staff were acting like I was inconveniencing them. They didn't communicate with one another, I was told I could leave before I had blood work done because the doc didn't inform them I was to get it done and THEN I was released without my prescription and I had to call and ask for it. I wouldn't take my pet there. Steer away. The doc/np had. very nasty attitude!!

This place is a joke. Trying to get someone on the phone is an headache. We have been calling since 8am this morning. I know it can get busy but its 3pm now. Some one should have answered by now. Don't go here the service is trash. Try AFC in Opelika.

The check in process was easy. All of staff members were caring and provided me with excellent care. I was there for antibody infusion and did not feel like just another patient. Nurse practitioner Allison gave me the best care! We appreciate the care that MainStreet offering to its community! However, clinic needs more staff not just one nurse to provide care to so many patients. Monoclonal antibody is a life saver and this staff goes above and beyond. Nurse practitioner start the medication plus seeing other patients with medical problems. We should be nice and cordial to the staff knowing they are short staff and underpaid for what they do!! They deserve our utmost respect and appreciation!If the manager is reading my post, please take care of your staff!! Poor Ms. Allison was working while sick so she could take care of our community! Get well Ms. Allison 🙏🏾

Went about a month ago and this facility was filthy looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever and the staff had their kids running around like it’s a daycare and never got any follow ups about test results this place needs new employees and management asap

They need to take urgent out of the name. 7 hours of waiting to be told there was still several patients ahead of me, having sat there told me that would be atleast another 2 hours. Please if you value your time at all, you will go anywhere else. In fact I called the urgent care in lagrange and they set me up in no time. It's ridiculous

Just an FYI.. Not one single person will answer the phone if you try to call.... If you want urgent care go to the emergency room at the hospital. This place is a joke.

They never answer the phone! Just send you to automated system & the doctor was very standoffish when diagnosing me last time & didn’t care about me telling her my problems. Just talking over me as if I wasn’t important & gave me a shot of steroids.

You can register online, and they’ll send a two hour window when to come! You sit in your car until they call you in. Professional friendly staff, and they even have some prescriptions on hand for you.
