I don’t know why this place only has 3.9 stars. I have had nothing but a pretty great experience with them My only issue was that they ran 30 minutes behind, but that is to be expected at most doctors appointments I have come to find. I had horrible migraines and my insurance was taking forever to approve. I called and the front desk was so kind to me. They told me the self pay rate and they could get me in same day if I didn’t want to wait for insurance. The self pay was so affordable I just went in and had my scan for peace of mind. The migraines continue and so when I needed an MRI , I asked my neurologist to refer me back there. This time my insurance approved quickly and they again, got me in within 12 hours so that I could have my scan and have peace of mind. When it comes to scans like this, it can cause a lot of anxiety. They are very compassionate and easy to work with. A lot of scanning places do not bend over backwards to get you in if you are anxious and they were. I would def continue to refer and go there if I need their services again.

Be careful of this group. Failure to pay bill and they will sue you in heartbeat. So if you get a 3,000 dollar invoice they will no offer assistance or show no mercy.

I had a great experience here . It did feel a little rushed although it was the end of the day which I can understand.

Thank you for speaking with us, when our own doctor at Mayfair refused our calls. While remaining HIPAA compliant, the doctor and staff took time to answer questions, bringing us great joy and peace of mind.

We had a great experience. We saw the technician and receptionist working together as a team. They were very busy but very prompt and polite. Also, the receptionist assisted with guidance and information on all forms. We appreciated their service.

Shades Mountain Imaging is a very unprofessional company with rude and unhelpful staff. I had a bad experience there. I attempted to remedy the situation, but was not allowed to, which led to something simple becoming a big deal. I highly suggest that you request your doctor to refer you elsewhere. I do not recommend Shades Mountain Imaging at all.

A friendly staff, and great service! In and out in a jiffy!

Excellent in every way! The office staff was caring, courteous and fast paced. The appointment was on time and never a delay. For a Monday that was amazing. The technician was knowledgeable, great manners & offered music/headphones/ knee pillow etc. He explained how long it would take and when he realized he needed to get more he told me about 5 more min. which eased my anxiety. It was a calm, comforting experience. I can't think of one complaint. I would definitely go back to them if I need to in the future.

My recent trip to SMI was for an MRI on my left knee. My technician was super kind. The results ( not what I wanted to hear) were sent promptly to my doctor's office. I appreciate efficient medical offices. When my doctor sent me to an orthopedic surgeon, I needed a DVD copy of my MRI. The receptionist had that ready for me the same day that I requested it. Not much better can be expected.

Wonderful facility and staff! I refer patients to this location often and they ALWAYS bragg about how great their experience was! Extremely friendly staff! I can't say enough good things about this office!!
