I’ve been here before and gotten pretty good care and service, but they dropped the ball today. Had to walk back and forth from the Publix pharmacy three times in the rain with a sick 4 year old because the clearly untrained or undertrained front desk staff can’t send a prescription to the right place. They sent it to Walgreens instead of Publix after two confirmations that it was going right next door. 45 minutes after I left the office and after the three trips back and forth, I finally get a paper prescription, and a staff member feels the need to mention that “they are doing their best.” Well…I disagree. Your best would be to turn your phone line on so I could call over there instead of having to walk back and forth in the rain. But that’s not how things were being run on this lazy rainy Sunday; the answering service was left on to tell customers that the location was closed and reduce the burden on staff. That’s all fine and well, but it doesn’t strike me as anyone’s best.

Walked in with my son. Didn’t have a mask and kindly asked if we could have one. Lady at front desk gave me a bad attitude after I asked if she know where I could get one. If I’m coming to URGENT care, I’m not there to deal with employees attitude!!! Didn’t even get to see a doctor. Respond to the comment: I have emailed you guys and got an email back saying “they have already addressed this situation” when I gave no disclosure on this specific matter. Well, pretend to care and actually caring is two different things..

Came at 4 pm with my son very sick. They are closed. It’s Tuesday…. What a lost of time.

Turned away my 6 year old daughter who was projectile vomiting 2 hours before closing. At 3:00, when posted hours say until 5:00, the receptionist would only repeat "We're no longer accepting walk-ins or appointments today." I pleaded and that was the only response. Fully staffed. Only 3 other patients in the waiting room. Gave me no reason and no suggestions as to what we could do in our desperate situation, except a quiet "Sorry" to our backs as we walked out of the door.
