Bradford Health Services's Online Review Report Card

I was there during COVID. They were very short staffed. When I entered detox, they put me in with a guy roommate. I’m a girl. I came out to inform nurses and they didn’t believe me. They checked and sure enough there was a guy crashed on the bed. I had to wait 2 hours for them to find him another bed & clean the room.Do not sign anything that you agree to pay a certain amount within a certain time frame!!! I did that, but never got an invoice from Bradford!!! I called them several times requesting an invoice for balance due. Twice Bradford said that my insurance still hasn’t been applied. So I made sure they had my correct address. The end of the year came & still not received anything. I got out of treatment the end of June. Now it was December. I received a letter (not an invoice) stating my file has been sent to collections for not paying. I called them to let them know I called several times. Bradford claimed they sent me two invoices. Lady said I signed an agreement coming into detox to pay remainder by August. Do not sign any payment agreement with these dishonest scammers! They want money before your insurance even filed payment!!!!!

This place is horrible..if the nurses and so called therapist don't like you they will single you out and treat you like your crazy while they have their sadistic fun with. Anyway a Tornado is headed that way tonight and it will not be the last.

Bradford in Warrior, AL has been the best place ever for me to detox and learn to love myself again.I moved up the hill to Cottage 4 and was welcomed with the kindest, most humble staff along with the other women in recovery with me.

I went through the place for 90 days and it's been one of the most memorable times of my life I'm still clean 38 years later

Terrible experience. Go to Talbott or anywhere else instead. This place will take your money before even attempting to get it from your insurance. They will not "pass" physicians unless they pay the full amount before leaving the site. One of councilors, Tara, called me a "jackass" then apologized and said I was arrogant. These people hate physicians, likely jealous. One of the counselors named Joey changes his recovery date every other week if you ask him; makes you think he still might be on something. Just do not go. Lastly, I was charge 8K more than I supposed to pay, when I disputed this the counselors told the PHP I was focused more on finances than my recovery. They later took that 8K off my bill.

The staff at Bradford was there for me when literally no one else was. The therapy and information about addiction I got at Bradford was the beginning of my healing. I am so grateful 💗 for anyone out there struggling just know that healing is possible and you deserve it! There's more to healing this disease than just getting "sober".

This place is a rip-off. I spent close to $50,000 in cash for 12 weeks and allowed $35.00 a week to purchase my food.  3 meals a day, 7 days a week, that's less than $2.00 a meal.  I was in a cabin with 16 men and 12 had been there before. Not a good success rate.

This place helped save my life!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at the Warrior Lodge. I was very bad off and had to make a couple trips to Bradford before sobriety finally stuck for me. They were always so welcoming and accommodating. They didn't turn me away or give up on me when I relapsed. I was welcomed back with open arms with a "let's try this again to help you get your life back" approach. They never made me feel unworthy. The quality of care, doctors, and nurses are suburb! The food is amazing and they always have a buffet style so there is something for everyone. The groups and counselors are amazing. Very hands on and involved. They actually care about you. This place gave a my life back. I am forever grateful! If you are looking for help just know you can do it. They will help every step of the way and you are worth it!

I have been at Bradford Warrior office for almost 2 years. I have been lied to, I have been discriminated against, I have been bullied. I have been wrongfully terminated. I have tried to contact HR at corporate with no response.
