Terrible walked in 18 months ago haven’t walked since… he tells me nothing more he can do sends me to rehab… rehab says go to the ER…. Now I find out I have to have surgeries to fix his surgeries

The ER sent me to him because of pain in my spine. I didn't even see him. He just sent his PA in to see me and she was extremely short and rude. She ordered an MRI for me and told me they would call if nothing showed so I didn't have to waste anyones time by going back.

I went to see him yesterday and waited over an hour and a half and he never had the nerve to even see me. I left after his asst came in after I waited 2 hours and 25 min after my appt time. I would never go back. Then she had the nerve to say I was the 1st appt after lunch. REALLY??? you came back from lunch an hour late and ruined my day, not to mention the hour travel time to get there and back from work. My lunch hour for a 1pm appt lasted 2 1/2 hours and never saw the DR.

Dr Walsh removed a brain tumor from my wife in 2014. Dr Walsh went out of his way as a surgeon in my opinion to make my wife and I feel very comfortable with the method of treatment. Before During and after surgery Dr Walsh and his team made themselves available any time we needed them and quickly. There is no way we can thank him enough. Greatest of bedside manors. This surgery took place at the University of Tennessee (Knoxville, Tn). He is the BEST. Best Wishes; Kent and Misty Key
