If I could give, zero I would. Dr. Haygood refused to release my mother's medical records - she had provided written consent - which is a HIPPA violation. He did not want to help her transfer to a different doctor.

Not only does Dr. Hagood have excellent medical skills, he has excellent personal skills. He treats the patient as he would a family member. He is patient , kind and never hurried. One of the best doctors in Arkansas.
