Ok Folks, not my actual name or my actual photo, but yes have has Mohs surgery by Dr. Filitis and besides being an awesome surgeon, he's a really nice person and fun guy if you excuse the circumstances of your meeting. I have the misfortune of having to have two more spots taken care of and don't want to make it a habit of this but looking forward to having him do the surgery again. If you have to deal with the negative of skin cancer then there isn't a better surgeon or nicer guy to do it... the one negative is that they don't offer you a lollypop when you're done... Oh, and for the ladies, if I didn't know where he did the surgery, you can't even really see the scar.
Dr. Filitis did an awesome job. I am very pleased of the outcome of the removal of perianeral skin cancer. His assistant Marilyn was awesome also. My family and friends say how good it turned out. I definitely would recommend. Thank you so much Dr. Filitis and Marilyn. Susan Salley
The procedure seems to have been very effective, however he was 30 minutes late for my appointment and took 2 1/2 hrs to finish up. He got it all the first try, but he seemed disorganized.
excellent visit. Very competent and caring staff. Dr. Felitis is professional yet friendly and great at what he does. Excellent result!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
