Dr. Strickland has been my Mom's Primary Care Physician for many years through many health crises. He has helped get her to 99 and she's still going strong. He'd be my PCP also but I live 90 miles away.

His staff is inept. They set an appointment for me without notifying me by mail, email, or phone and then billed me for the appointment. The same charming women, then threatened me with collection action which they assured I would pay or loose my credit history. Too bad. He is a decent DR , but is office is run by incompetents, and he doesn’t seem to mind.

This is a basic review of Don Strickland, MD, my general physician in Augusta. In my perspective he has been a delightful, engaged, empathetic physician and he seriously considers issues or events that are brought up in a regular office visit. I have been delighted with his seriousness his sense of humor and his consistency. About the best doc I EVER had!! JuJu Schneider

Relatively easy to get appointment. Office people seemed friendly and nice. Doctor was very patient and explained things well. It was a good experience.

inept office staff, transferred me from practice in april, never informed me, had me spend hours getting insurance to pay bills they forgot to bill....dr strickland was my physician for 13 years, very upset to have to change.
