Dr. Brown is fantastic at appointments--attentive, considerate, knowledgeable about my conditions, and offers choices for treatments when indicated. It is almost impossible to get any follow up visits or to have any communication between visits for medical issues that may arise. Office personnel just suggests to go to Urgent Care. This is very different from when I first became a patient. I feel this defeats the idea of a Primary Care Phhyaician.

My experience with this doctor was just about the worst experience with any doctor I've seen. Dr. Brown was over an hour late, very dismissive, irritated, and rushed. Not only did he not listen to my concerns, but he also barely allowed me to voice them. He would not give a straightforward answer to basic questions asked by my husband or me. When I started feeling a little hopeless, and a few tears welled up, he proceeded to tell me I was "angry". He minimized my concerns and said "comparatively" my issues were not that big. I asked him to reconsider using phrases like that because they are very belittling, and I worried for future patients. He then said he was done with this conversation, said to call patient advocacy that he would let them know to expect my call, and he left the room. My husband and I were left just sitting there looking at each other in complete astonishment. If you go, take a support person with you. I do not recommend seeing this doctor.

He has been my physician for as long as he has been in the Augusta area. He is kind, smart and is always available to his patients.

Jason Brown is low-key, considerate and genuinely interested in hearing what a patient has to say. He has seen me for routine physicals an follow up for specific issues. During a routine visit he diagnosed a recurring leg pain, sent me to get X Rays and the result some time later, a new hip! This careful regard for my words resulted in a huge win for me. I trust his work and as a senior patient, I'm really glad he's there when I confront the complications of aging. He remains focused on my health.

Dr. Brown has a fantastic knowledge of my many conditions, medications, and tests. He always listens and explains everything with the amount of detail that is needed. He is such a compassionate and caring human being as well as doctor. If it wasn't for Dr. Brown's consistent care, I would not be receiving medical care because of past experiences. He is the best.

This is the first time I have felt like someone understood me. Dr Brown knew what he was talking about, explained it to me and followed up with a personal call about results. I can stop looking for a doctor, I've found mine!

Love Dr. Brown, great bedside matter, spends time with you and listens to you. Calls you with your test results which is great especially if you have questions.

Dr. Brown is so knowledgeable and caring.

Is polite, concern about helping there patient. Helps in areas of RX's and trys to get you the better deal.
