My parents purchased their home in the US with Laura and her mother Chi-Rae. My dad wrote the below review for them:Before coming to the United States, I met Laura Lee and her mother Chi-Rae Cheung, both real estate agents in the Bay Area, through the Internet and we added contact details. I expressed to them my desire to buy a house in the Bay Area, and they quickly responded to me and sent a form to me hoping to know my detailed requirements for buying a house.In the second week after we arrived in San Francisco in January of 2023, they began to show us different houses, and soon we saw a house to our liking in Foster City, so we immediately started preparing to submit an offer. Laura collected all the details of this house and had a meeting with us to discuss all the details of the property. That day she and her mom took 6 hours to walk us through every possible detail. Although in the end we failed to buy that house, they showed their excellent professional side and rigorous work ethic, as well as patience and efficiency in the whole process, analyzing the specific situation of the property and how to quote, which left a very good impression on us.They did not lose confidence because we failed the first bidding, and continued to introduce us to the listings in various cities in the Bay Area and provided us with other different ideas, so that we are no longer limited to one house in one place. I highly recommend working with Laura. Based off of what I had heard and read about purchasing a home in the Bay Area, I didn't think it would be in the cards for my family but before we decided to give up on that idea before trying, we decided to give it a go. We met Laura at one of her open houses in San Mateo. Afterwards, we scheduled a first home buyer consultation. Before and after the consultation, I could tell that Laura is very organized, methodical, and thoughtful. During our meeting with her, she asked us questions to learn more about what we were looking for. Within 4 months and 2 offers, we purchased our home. During those 4 months, she was very responsive and patient. She was very quick to send us disclosures and follow up with listing agents to ask questions. Laura Lee of Compass is truly a professional real estate agent. After my wife passed away, I needed to downsize my house. In a span of less than 3 months, she first of all guided me through a smooth consummation on the purchase of my new house. She then coordinated seamlessly with the contractor to update my old house, staged it and put it on the market and it was sold in 4 days at a price I was happy with. Laura provided an experience that should be the standard for the industry. The experience for the sale of our property wasn't the easiest with the drastic shift of the economy we're in. Yet Laura kept composed in all aspect allowing us to stay calm. She was comforting but blunt allowing us to stay confident every step of the way.
