I am not impressed with my experience. I went in for a hair sample test and the technician cut a chunk off, about two inches off the bottom of the middle of my hair to which I now have to get the rest of my hair cut off to even it out. I was under the impression that the “sample” would be removed from my scalp in an area that was not able to be seen.He chopped it off and then proceeds to advise me that maybe I should have considered letting the hair on my legs grow out.So needless to say my experience was terrible.Wish I could post pictures in here but I can’t.

The people that work there are great, friendly, and efficient, but idk what is up with their protocol on how they see patients between walk-ins and appointments. I was the 2nd person in the door when they opened at 8:30 and didn't get seen until around 12:30. I just know that I left around 1:15. I understand Mondays can be busy but waiting almost 4 hours makes no sense given I was the 2nd person in the door, it's not like I walked into a packed waiting room and waited that long, that would make sense.

I went to get a Q gold lab and apparently the facility delayed in sending in this lab resulting in a delay in my employment. You had one job.

6 days still no results for a drug screen. They days 2-3 business days. If you need speedy results I'd go elsewhere

Staff is always jovial and polite at this location every time I visit. Wait times and masks create inconvenience, but still my go-to for minor needs. Keep it up!
