I went for an oral biopsy. It was not comfortable mostly because they painfully gripped my tongue to keep it out of the way. Dr Berube told me they were sending my biopsy to Harvard for review. That was a lie. It went to a biopsy center in the Boston area. He had his nurse call with the biopsy results and prescribed an ointment that is not for oral use. Never again. Don't be pompous. Talk to your patients and give them appropriate medications with complete information on how to use them

One of the best dental experiences for me. I have severe dental anxiety. Front staff and the nurse was efficient, calm and pleasant. Everything ran super smoothly. Barely even knew that the doctor (Dr. Berube) was there except for a pleasant introduction. I got the sedation (first time ever) and before I knew it was over. Never felt a thing! Oh, I wish I had sedation for all dental work the past 60 years. I wouldn't be so afraid of the dentist office!

I'm still suffering from what can only be termed as a brutal tooth extraction by berube. I couldn't just get up and go when he started. He drove the drill into the tooth that was being removed until the inner filling that was in that tooth combusted. He kept drilling in what seemed like a rage. The fumes stopped my air flow immediately. Tears were coming out of my eyes from not being able to breathe and he wouldn't stop. Afterwards, there was an opening in the tissue between the inner gum and sinus area where the tooth was. That was four, maybe 5 years ago. It's still there and I get infections there at least a couple of times a year, like right now. I really don't care about how many great ratings people have given berube. What he did to me was the most traumatic experience I have ever had in any medical facility in my life.

A professional operation all around. Dr Berube and his entire staff, really know their business. Everyone does their job smoothly and without effort. I almost hated to leave when it was over. Worth the trip.

I would highly recommend this office to anyone. I brought my 13 year old daughter in for the extraction of 4 teeth and Dr. Berube and his staff were amazing. I feel like they went out of their way to make my daughter as comfortable as possible. I would give them six stars if I could.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dr. Berube and his staff and are extremely kind, efficient and are superior. I have had several dental procedures, and I never one had an infection and everything healed nicely. Trust me, I am the dental PTSD poster child.
