The office is beautiful calming and comfortable. All of the staff front desk nurses and Dr. Mushtaler are kind friendly and listen thoroughly and thoughtfully. They offered me lots of options for outofpocket resources. Ive never had an OBGYN or doctors office experience in general that was this high caliber. I cant wait to send all of my friends here

I had a great experience at Kindbody. I went in for a fertility assessment I am not trying to conceive but I am curious and want to be prepared. Everyone at Kindbody made me feel very comfortable everyone who I interacted with was very kind patient and thorough. I had no wait time and everything moved very efficiently. The doctor spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and filling me in on my results. The vibe of the office is very calming it doesnt feel like your typical doctors office. I would definitely recommend Kindbody they accept most insurance as well

It was thorough and I feel like every person I interacted with took the time to answer all my questions specific to my situation. I left feeling empowered and like I learned new things about my body thanks to the wonderful ultrasound technician and Dr. The table in the room allows it to feel more like a conversation than a typical DrPatient consultation which I loved because it felt more personal. Literally every single person I interacted with was kind and inviting Overall a great experience it felt like they cared about me and I wasnt just another generic patient.

Booked an AMH blood draw through an instagram ad. Prior to my appointment I received several texts providing directionsparking info which was super helpful. 3 checkin staff. Approximately 25 others were waiting inside and outside of the office Nurse briefly went through fertilitykindbody services answered questions and I was sent to a cubbyhole for a blood draw phlebotomist was awesome. + beautiful officefacility super instaboho vibe+ kindbody set out cupcakes and provided a parking validation+ approximately 1 hour from arrivingleaving sensed AMH blood draw day was overbooked

The whole office was very warm and welcoming and doesnt hurt that offices themselves are visually beautiful as well The doctors took time and care answering any and all questions and left feeling empowered with information.

I cried happy tears when I left my first Kindbody appointment yesterday.I have never felt so seen so heard so informed and so validated by a physician in my life let alone a Gynocologist. I have what I call bad gyno PTSD and I dont say that lightly. For years Ive endured painful paps rushed appointments and worst of all bedside manners that lacked all compassion. Being a woman in this world is hard enough if anyone should understand that it should be your Gyno But sadly the norm for me had become one disheartening experience after another. After a decade of bad appointments with zero improvement I truly felt hopeless.Enter Kindbody Austin.I am still pinching myselfThis is what a Gynocologist visit SHOULD BE....and moreTruly a dream come true I will shout Kindbody from the rooftops to every woman I meet.I am so incredibly impressed and so deeply grateful that Kindbody exists.As a young widow a sexual assault survivor and a patient with complex mentalphysical health variables this was truly the appointment Ive always wanted and never had. Ive struggled with finding the right doctor for so long. After so much medical gaslighting at multiple practices I began to think the problem was me.Ive been on disability after the recent and sudden loss of my husband and I was unsure if my insurance was even active grief brain. My care team patient coordinator Holly went above and beyond to look into it for me without even asking her to. AMAZING. On the day of my appointment I got lost on the way there new to Austin. Once I parked I called the office just to make sure I could still come in. Courtney answered the phone and so kindly worked it out behind the scenes so that I could still be seen. WONDERFUL. When I was called back for my exam no wait at all the lovely Angela did my vitals and initial workup with such warmness and grace. She made me feel so welcomed and calm. AWESOME. And then I saw Dr. Jennifer Mushtaler for my exam. I FEEL LIKE I WON THE GYNO LOTTERY. Dr. Mushtaler was informative understanding and so very compassionate. She listened to every word I said with kindness and empathy. We laughed we cried and we talked about each and every concern I had. For the first time in my life I felt heard and validated by my doctor. I am so impressed and even more grateful. Dr. Mushtaler is EXTRAORDINARY. I am a forever patient I have not one complaint from my first Kindbody Austin experience. From start to finish this was the best appointment with a physician I have ever had.P.S. Its so fitting that there is a Wonder Woman mural just across the street from their office. These women at Kindbody are SUPERHEROES. THANK YOU KINDBODY
