I met Dr Mcfate in 2015 I felt very comfortable with him to proceed with abdominoplasty surgery. (still to this day no feeling) Then to 2016 I had breast reduction ( to this day no feeling) Other than that, He did great I even wrote a great yelp review. Now fast forward to 2020 i decided to consult with him for BBL & Upper thigh lift. I told him my feelings about my insecurities and wishing to wear shorts. He promised me that everything will be ok and i will look great and he'll do his best to make me happy. I had confidence in him. Surgery took place Jan 9 2020. Brazilian Butt lift and inner(upper) thigh lift. BBL, all fat inputted was dissolved after 3 months. Inner thigh lift was horribly done. He also said he will make the back of the legs smoother while giving me the thigh lift.. It looks like before but now worse. Dr refuses to acknowledge how bad it looks. Dismisses my feelings and just told that its just the muscle. Very bad Scaring in upper crotch area. I am so embarrassed to be intimate with my husband. Inner thighs look like i was mauled. I cannot to this day wear shorts or short dress. Butt area still painful to sit on. I cry all the time. It feels like a slap in the face by someone that i once trusted. He refuses to talk to me. Our scheduled virtual call, His receptionist does the call with me. Recommends Profound laser but i would need to fork up another $4,000 for that. Goes to show he doesnt care about ones wellbeing, just cares for money. Surgery was said to be a 3-4 hr surgery. Surgery took 10hrs. They refuse to tell me why and only laugh about it. I am still curious to know why. Manager Sarah Schneider has become very rude and a one time hanging up on me. She speaks in a condescending way. She has a "take it or leave it" kinda attitude. Ive been wanting to talk to the dr about her but i decided I wanted the surgery to go well without any hard feelings. It should have been a red flag when the day i came in to give her the full amount in cash that she was reluctant to even show me the bbl pillow without the money in her hands. She is also in the surgery room helping and i don't believe she is licensed to do so. I also had accumulated blood in the vaginal area, He said that it was normal. I went back to him three times to get it drained each time. Still my vaginal area looks a little lopsided. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to him again. They completely turned their backs on me. I am so hurt and its so hard to forget because every time i sit on my bum, i cant sit more than a half hour because of the burning feeling and pain. I am in depression now.

I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience!! The staff is so helpful, courteous, and attentive. Dr. McFate has a marvelous bedside manner, artistic insight, and medical expertise!
