Wish i could give 0 stars read tje reviews before coming plan on being here all day The wait here is crazy only doing drug test been waiting 2 hours and of course once you check in you can't leave

Worst medical office experience EVER in my 40 plus years on earth!! A 5 and a half hour wait for a DOT physical!! Obsurd!!!There were 2 nurses or MA working in triage that were super kind. However that boy at the front desk and the physician were very dismissive. I am sure someone placed my file at the bottom of the waiting list because after 3 + hours of waiting I asked the boy at the front desk how much longer my waiting would be. He replied 2.0 to 2.5 hours. I asked "After the 2.5+ hours Ive ALREADY been waiting?" He replied "yes" and turned back to play typing on his keyboard.All of sudden ppl who arrived after me for DOT physicals as walk ins are being called back before me.. And front desk boy disappears to the back!! Mind you Im the ONLY African American Woman " Customer" at this time in this ENTIRE facility. I WILL NEVER use this facility again!! Disgusting. I would have given it NO STARS but that was not an option.

I was told I had to get some clearance letter and to come back the next day. Thank God I called cause the doc wasn't even there the next day. Its now Monday, I've been here over two hours, and was just told I'll be the last guy seen. Not exactly the "quick in and out" the doc told me about the first time.

The doctor lied to me about something very important to further my dot medical card and then when I confronted them about it they and told them how messed up it was they called my future employer and told them I threatened them and there lives which was a complete lie and cost me the job and I’m debt and going to lose my house so if they every complained about how there’s too many homeless people walking around know just they put somebody out on the street because of there negligence and spiteful nature

If you need a DOT physical plain on being there all day. If you ask for a time on wait you get a rude reply.

LOVED IRENE AND THE MALE NURSE WHO TOOK CARE OF MY MEDICAL PAPERWORK FOR PRESCRIPTIONS. THE DOCTOR WAS AS BUSY AS THEY WERE...NEED MORE WORKERS THEY ARE SWAMPED ALL DAY. LONG WAIT INITIALLY. MY RETURN VISIT WAS RELATIVELY (1.5 HRS) SHORT.EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WELL AND KINDLY.KAREN
