No body has answered or called me back.

Good luck seeing Dr Carlton as she is always "busy". My daughter seen her twice her entire pregnancy. The Dr wasn't available ever for visits or even phone calls or delivery. The Dr has no problem telling her patients that they are a danger to society if they do not become vaccinated. She has also missed every urine sample that showed U.T.I.s. you will end up at the hospital because of the drs office lack of knowledge. The absolute worst Dr you could hire and the most unprofessional staff I have ever witnessed. Good luck trying to contact the office as well, as they will not answer the phones or emergency lines. So yourself a favor and find another Dr.

Didn't listen to my concerns. I mentioned pain in right side, she said she would test urine.. after struggling with a bladder infection for 3 weeks, with 2 ER trips (being admitted for a night at 2nd visit) and I tried to call to inform Carlton, but never got through or had replies to my messages, I finally was better when I got the call from Carlton saying I had a bladder infection. I switched doctors and am much happier.

Dr Appleget was excellent. Compassionate, concerned and thorough. The reason I only give 3 stars is because the office uses an automated phone system and it is impossible to reach a living person. It gives an option to leave a message however noone ever returns the calls ! No Drs office should use an automated phone system !!! Also have sent a message on the patient portal and it has not been answered.

She’s delivered four of my five, and gonna deliver another! Very trustworthy!

I always make it to My appointments on time. But I’m never pulled back until like 45 minutes after my appointment scheduled time. And then I wait in the room for at least an hour and a half no less. You be time I waited in the room for 2 and a half hours. Terrible schedule and most of the nurses are rude. I have never been seen in a decent time. They are always running behind schedule it seems. And they schedule people during their lunch time. Like if the doctors aren’t going to see people in the lunch hour they have scheduled. Then why make appointments for that time?

Uncaring

She didn't listen, not just on one occasion but several. She didn't go over test results properly. I finally had enough sense to change doctors & I am so thankful I did.

I saw dr Carlton this week. I was due for my yearly exam, but also having some serious problems from being on the depo shot for one year. heavy bleeding , cramping, lots of blood clots etc. period lasting for 2-4 months continuously, she did the exam and gave me some options for other forms of birth control, how ever im not sexually active so I don't need them for that. just for endometriosis control. she suggested an iud or an ablation, with tubal. I don't want any of those. im not married and have no children, and I do not date much. I cant take regular pills because of migraines . she scheduled me for an ultrasound in two weeks, and said we will see what that shows, then go from there. I left with very few answers, and she gave me pamphlets for the iud and said maybe the bleeding will stop by then and you can continue depo. Needless to say, after the ultrasound ill be seeing a different gyn for a second opinion.
