David Fielder's Online Review Report Card

I would give him a negative 5 if I could. My wife went to him repeatedly telling him that she was constipated and had blood coming when she went to the bathroom And he kept telling her that it was a side effect of her Medicine and she had chronic constipation. a year later She's been diagnosed with colon cancer do not go to this doctor cancer

He was not that pleasant, he seemed rude and harsh my inr was a 1.9 and he didn't want to do anything about it. A person could have a stroke with it being that high but he didn't seem to care so I'm changing doctors I wouldn't recommend him to anyone

Dr. Fielder is an excellent doctor; he listens intently and explains conditions, treatments in depth.

Dr. Fielder is a wonderful family physician. His nurse Sheryl is very helpful and always calls back when you leave her a message. The office staff is friendly and does whatever they can to get you a quick appointment if you’re having a problem. Our whole family has been seeing dr. Fielder for over 2 years and are very happy. The other doctors at the practice are good as well, and won’t hesitate to take you as one of dr. Fielder’s patients in a last minute appointment if dr. Fielder is out and you need a doctor. Overall great place and definitely recommend.

I recently had a bladder infection on a Sunday and the day before Labor day so i called WRMC and asked them to have my Dr call me but instead Dr who thinks he knows it all Fielder called he was the one on call and all he did was critisize me for Diagnosing myself And talk about my Dr who is 10 times the Dr that Fielder will ever be and he said i could not expect a Dr to be in his office on Sunday or Labor Day because they needed time off to like i did not have sense enough to know that. he could not call in anything for me , so i just needed to drink more water till my Dr was in so i had an infection for 2 days and by the way my diagnosis was right i did have a bladder infection when i got to see my Dr and he apolologised for Fielder and said that Fielder or WRMC said anything to him about me calling . If you talk to Fielder it wont take long to figure out that he cares more for the almighty dollar than he does his patients or anyone that is in pain and needing medicine to keep an infection from getting worse.yes i could have went to the ER but i did not think i should take time away from other patients in ER who were sicker than i was like i have seen some people do. I do not go to the ER just to be going.

If you have more than a cold or flu, do NOT go to this Dr. He complained in front of me about medicare paperwork on medicare patients. He denied that my migraines actually existed. I went to the E.R. for a palsy situation that suddenly occurred, and he told the Dr. on staff that it was just stress and send me home. He did not follow up and now I have to endure facial reconstructive surgery. He wants only patients that can get in and out in 10 minutes and patients that do not require him to stretch his knowledge. He has misdiagnosed me, and has refused medications that I needed, claiming Batesville has an "ugly underbelly." He is a dangerous Dr.

Please, be careful Dr. Fielder is known for over prescribing highly addictive pain medications.

Dr. Fielder always seems to be able to get me in for an appointment no matter if I am able to schedule ahead or need a same day visit. He checks in on his patients when they're sent to the hospital and spends time listening to you to make sure he gets things fixed the right way. Never seems rushed, always very mild mannered and caring. Nurse is very friendly and they always seem willing to help address my concerns.

Dr. Fielder has been my DR. for the past 10 years. I find him very knowledgeable and always willing to spnd his time with me, and do what ever is required to help.
