Dr. Jones maybe a decent doctor, but he seemed to brush off things I would tell him about my body without telling me why. I felt like he didn’t take me wanting to get pregnant that seriously.

Dr Jones is very compassionate and understanding. He is a wonderful physician that takes his time with his patients. He is very knowledgeable in Women's health.

Let me state, I did not see Dr Jones, but instead his nurse next door. Appointment times mean nothing to this woman. I was kept waiting for over an hour, with no apparent reason, and no real apology. When I politely inquired as to why I'd been left sitting in the drab closet-sized room for so long, the LPN fetched her, and my nightmare began. The nurse finally came to my room moments later, a full hour after my appointment time. She was hostile and rude; argumentative and dismissive. I've never been treated with such callous disregard, nor humiliated in such a fashion. I'll admit there were some misconceptions and miscommunications, but that's no excuse for the treatment I received. I walked out of there, 10 minutes later, in tears. I won't go back. A week later, I went to the health dept, where i was treated in a timely and courteous manner. It's funny, I thought going to the health dept would be a long drawn out affair where I'd be treated "less than" and I thought going to a real doctor's office would be a timely affair where I'd be treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect. I had it all backwards.

My wife and I just had our first child and Dr Jones and it's wonderful staff has been so amazing at explaining and they listen if you have concerns, wife said she'll never use anyone else

Dr Jones is a wonderful Dr and I would highly recommend him. He's been my Dr for 30 years and and has always taken good care of me as well as my daughters. He lets his patients know that he actually cares about them and makes sure they get the best medical care. i would highly recommend him!
