The receptionist Amy should be fired. She wouldn’t even let me finish talking before she said nope can’t squeeze you in … I said well has he even looked at my MRI and she said idk ..I said well I need to know and she just transferred me to the nurse station, the call dropped so I tried calling back to get transferred again she just let it ring, I called 9 times then she answered and hung up ..so I called again and then she just transferred without even answering. So RUDE. Get out of healthcare. It’s not funny when you’re desperately trying to get help with your health and are faced with the rudest people.

I had a appointment with Dr.Singh yesterday , because I am hearing impaired, which I listed on the paper work that I filled out, he told me not to come back without someone with me that would be able to convey to me what he was saying . At first he tried to make it out that I couldn't understand his accent , once I got it across to him that I was in fact hearing impaired , he acted like he had no patience , or the time to deal with me . He was borderline rude and somewhat unfriendly. I was sitting there thinking, hey he must have not read my paperwork or he would have known that I had a hearing problem. Once I was able to make him understand that I have menieres disease , it still didn't change his attitude towards me. I was told he would be perscribing me pain meds that would cause liver problems , I thought once again , did you not read my paperwork ? I put down that I have a 5 cm growth on my liver . After making the 6 week follow up appointment I got outside and thought am I nuts or what ? What was I thinking? So no I absolutely will not be going back there. I will find someone else that is not judgemental and goes out of their way to make me feel totally inadequate.

After being a patient for several years, I missed two appointments due to hospitalization during the Covid epidemic and one due to the passing of my mother so the extremely rude office staff removed me from the patient list. Now I have to find another neurologist somewhere!

Walked in and said “why are you here?” No bedside manner. Extremely rude and condescending. Does not listen to patients. Does not read documentation. He himself asked no health history at all. He insulted my child’s intelligence (she’s 18 and not really a child). Accusing her of not knowing her own diagnosis. Treated her like she was stupid and naive. Prescribed medication that could have potentially killed my kid’s because he didn’t ask questions or read health history. Then the prescription I received from pharmacy was different than what he told us. Had to wait an hour for a scheduled appointment. He refused to address the issue that we actually came in for. Even though doctors at Stanford, UC Davis, and Kaiser all agree that my child’s epilepsy is refractory, his god complex took over. If I could give ZERO STARS I would have. Go somewhere else. Anywhere.

Was nice, seemed concerned and his staff is amazing.

Bad bedside manner. Expected me to know how long my epileptic episode lasts. I cant answer that because I am unconcious during the episode.

Amy at reception is EXTREMELY RUDE and unhelpful. They cant even remember prescribing medications

Spoke to a staff member in reference to an appointment that was suppose to be scheduled for my son. I was told first that his insurance would not cover his visit & would have to be paid out of pocket. I explained that it wouldn’t be a problem. I asked when he could be seen, I was told at the end of Feb 2021 as I was waiting for an appointment date, it appeared that the staff member was searching reasons for my son to not be seen. I was then told that due to it being a motor vehicle accident that a letter from the insurance company would have to state that all billing issues were taken care of. I was trying to understand what difference that it made if you just told me that his visit would have to be paid out of pocket it seemed as if we couldn’t pay the bill 201.00 for a visit. It would’ve probably been worth it to find out why my 18 year old is having memory problems & migraines due to an accident that was not his fault. I don’t know where these Doctors get these miserable souls from.

Has taken the time to find out what is wrong with me

This doctor is now at a neurology clinic in batesville, ar & he & his nurse Tabitha are fabulous!
