She really cares about her patients

I wouldn't even classify her as a Dr. Severa years ago I was taking my mother to her and at 1st. thought she would be a good Dr. My mother was getting walk in shots. Staff kept her waiting for 2 hours one time, was rude. When the Dr. found out she brushed it off as no concern to her and that sometimes people just fall through the cracks. A dig shouldn't even fall through the cracks. Sorry excuse and a monkey would have more sense.

Dr. Anderson (SHIELDS), is a Bad@$$ doctor Iv'e know her for over 4 years and wouldn't dream of going to another doctor. She actually listens to you and treats you like a patient not a number. If something is wrong with you she will do her best to try and fix it. If she can't do it she knows someone who can. Also she smells like black and milds and thats so gangster.

Dr. Anderson is great, but the staff, especially receptionist, is terrible.

The Dr. Was fair even though it was a process of elimination she followed. The staff didn't care and ran the office. Dr. Shields seemed to be ok with this as she was unconcerned or didn't want to deal with it. I would not recommend her to anyone
