Dr. Hale tried to diagnose me with conditions that did not seem appropriate for my situation or age (34). When I explained what I was experiencing with my hearing, he told me that what I was saying could not be true. When my MRI results came back normal, he told me that I had nerve damage that could not be reversed or cured and that I would always have hearing loss. I got a second opinion with an ENT in Little Rock and was put on a medication that significantly improved my hearing within weeks. When I reported this back to Dr. Hale, he told me that could not be possible and he did not believe me. I will not continue to be treated by a doctor who thinks I am lying.
