Robin C. Williams's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Williams is always very friendly as are the staff that work the front desk. The only reason I am not going to give a 5 star rating is because I am a little upset about the attitude displayed by the nurse. Not sure of her name, but she is an older woman. I took my child into the office to be seen by Doc and once the nurse came out to get us I was taken by surprise at how she reacted to my child. Mind you, he is almost 2. He is well behaved for the most part however he does like to walk around. As she was questioning me about the reason for the visit, he walks over behind her chair and she tells me that I need to put him in my lap. He wasn't getting into anything nor was he being loud. Just walking around. So I did. Well, I allowed him to get out of my Lap and she tells me again to put him back in my lap. This kind of upset me due to her tone and telling me what to do with my child. Again he wasn't being unruly, just walking around. She then takes me back to a room tells me they will be back to give him a shot, then takes the doctors chair out of the room. I'm assuming she didn't want him "playing" with it. Comes back in and instructed me to lay him on the table and hold his arms across his chest so as I'm doing that she tells me to move my arm out of her way. It wasn't in her way. I understand some children are wild but my son was very well behaved the whole time. She made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't appreciate her attitude. It was unnecessary. I couldn't remember why I chose a different doctor office after being there before, but that situation reminded me why and I regret going back. I will be looking elsewhere for future visits. I LOVE doctor Williams dearly. I believe she is the best in the business around here. But her nurse is not very friendly and I shouldn't have to be made to feel the way I did today.

Dr. Williams is a great doctor. she takes the time to let us ask questions and concerns and is very knowledgeable. We lover her friendly staff.

Has been my only sons doctor since his birth almost 2 years ago and has made me feel safe and assured from the beginning. Does not push a ton medications, is very down to earth and has common sense. Even when my son had RSV at 4 months old, she was able to treat successfully without us having to ever put him in the hospital. Always works us in if we need an appointment and her staff is all very friendly and helpful. So happy there is still an old school doctor who cares more about helping the child and doing what's right and not just following trends. Beyond thankful for this woman and all the people working with her!

Dr Williams is a great dr and she really cares about each and every one of her patients. She's a wonderful person and will go out of her way to help people.

She is such an awesome Dr. with my kids and myself. She is very well educated and treats us like family every time we go. Our family has been seeing her for over 4 years now and I couldn’t ask for a better dr than Dr. Robin Williams!!

Came for a check up & waited over an hour in the room for the Dr.

Amazing Doctor! always in a good mood and makes her patients feel comfortable.

I would not recommend this Doctor! I have never been more disappointed with a clinic! She has gave me such a hard time getting help for my daughter! She doesn't do what she says she is gonna do! The people in the office never do jobs! I will not take my baby back she has been going to this Doctor for two months over the same medical problem and she hasn't done anything to help her!

Best Dr. in Batesville, AR. Best in Internal Medicine. I am 80 and being treated for cardiac problems and followed for sarcoidosis. She is caring and through in checking out your medical problems.
