He is the best doctor in the state but what is the most important is that Carla Smith that works with him she is perfect. She has helped me with my ears that no other doctor has in the Little Rock or searcy area. Doctor Hale is great for checking your hearing and can fit you with a hearing aid. For me they have the perfect staff

Very nice experience at this clinic! Had surgery to correct my nose on both sides. Dr. Rumins and his staff were awesome tight l throughout the process. I'm all healed up abs breathing SO much better!

WONDERFUL!!!! Did surgery on my granddaughter. Excellent outcome...he explained every step of the surgery before hand and was amazing during surgery because she had complications that could have been life threatening but he took care of the problem immediately and continued with the surgery. Will be sending my whole family to him!

I have to give 1 star, not for Dr. Rumans but for the front desk staff. They are the rudest workers I have ever dealt with. I will be contacting my son's PCP to refer us to another ENT.
