Waited for 2 hours before I left with an appt reserved. Maybe they need more doctors to help out but I’ve never had to wait that long at an urgent care before with a reserved spot.

Great staff and physicians especially Dr. Ipsen. The facility is beautiful clean and quiet. Excellent physical therapy and CRNAs. Felt like humans instead of cattle. Couldnt not have been more pleased.

I will say without a doubt that this place is AWESOME ... those of you who have had the occasion to use this place will agree with me Im sure. Best experience Ive ever had it a hospital setting ... the folks here are friendly and more that competent they know thier stuff and they have the confidence of all their patients ... in short theyve earned all the 5s that are marked here and many more. I couldnt be more pleased with the Doctors Nurses and Staff and I would recommend them to my family friends and even people I dont know. Just a special note to Dr. Chris Banwart thanks for the treatment Ive gotten so far the treatment I will receive in the future and for being a kind and caring friend. Mike Cheney
