My wife and I have trusted Dr. Phillips and her staff for years and have never once been disappointed. My most recent visit went just as I had expected, professional, caring and friendly. Missy, Dr. Phillips nurse, greeted us with her usual smile and efficiency. She took my vital signs, asked questions and answered my questions with an obvious, "I care attitude". The same attitude was obvious in Dr. Phillips (as always). I asked questions and she answered those questions and asked me questions and paid strict attention to my answers. In all the years that I've been one of her patients I've never been disappointed with our exchanges, they've always been very informative and to the point. I remember one visit when she was so concerned about me that after I left her office, she came out to my car to let me know that she was very concerned about her findings and wanted me to go to the hospital. That's only happened to me once before in more than 20 years.

Everyone in the office is professional and friendly. Wait time is minimal. Results from tests are reported quickly. Follow up, if necessary, is dependable. Referrals and recommendations are handled quickly.

Dr. Michael Phillips and her staff are professional, expedient and friendly. Dr. Phillips demonstrates a caring and personal concern. As her patient, I feel comfortable and grateful for her care. Dr. Phillips has been spot on regarding her prognosis of my health care. My serious health issues have been quickly diagnosed and cared for by Dr. Phillips or specialists she recommended. I would recommend Dr. Phillips and her staff to family, friends and anyone interested in excellent medical care.
