I called to make an appointment for Dr Ballard. the lady on the phone was INCREDIBLY rude once I told her Ive been having problems with my anxiety treating me as if I was nothing more than a drug addict since anxiety medication has the potential to be habit forming and asked me personal questions including things I have been medicated for in the past and what kind of medication I took. I got a call back the next day saying they wont accept me. if youre looking for someone to be sympathetic and help you with chronic mental illnesses DO NOT GO HERE.

I have been using Dr. Ballard for many years and no matter the problem she has fulfilled my expectations listened and utilized the treatment and or procedures to help me feel better heal quickly and get back to living life to its fullest

Dr. Ballard Burris is always attentive. Listens carefully and does not rush through to get to the next patient. She makes you feel valued and as if your time is also valuable. There has never been a very long wait time. And the staff works hard to get you in when it is convenient for you. My family would not want to go anywhere else.

This doctor decided to fire me because I wouldnt agree with every one of her instructions. It appears to me that I am not allowed to be a part of my own healthcare and that she has a DoctorGod complex if I have questions and opinions about my own body and my own health.

DR. Ballard has been my doctor for a long time. She has always been prompt for my appointment has always listened to my medical problem and taken care of any needs that I have in a timely manner. She is friendly and sincere. I would recommend DR. Ballard at any time. I have never had an unpleasant issue.
