Always feel like she listens and really wants to help with any issues I may have. Never felt more comfortable at a doctors office.

Dr. Williams is the best doctor I have ever had. She has been my doctor for 15 years now. She is compassionate and genuinely empathetic to her patients. I always feel cared for, not like I am just a list of medical issues, even though I always bring one to my appointments. She is vigilant about following up on prescriptions, paper work for insurance, tests, reading results and the next steps to take if any. Dr. Williams has an amazing bed side manor. She listens and shows a lot of patience, especially when I am in pain. Dr. Williams is an excellent communicator, she explains in detail and terms that I am able to understand. I love that when I check into the office, I am called back within moments. Thank you Dr. Williams for all the great care you have given me over the years. I really appreciate you.

Love Dr. Williams and would like to also recognize Shelly, the Medical Assistant! I have been going to Benton Family Clinic to see Dr. Williams for many years and have many visits a year. For several years now Shelly B. has been the one to check me in and get me ready to see the doctor. From the moment she calls my name in the waiting room, she puts me at ease with her smile. She is kind, compassionate and a great listener. She is diligent about getting my information updated and making sure it is correct. Shelly has a way of making me feel like she is a friend caring for me, all the while never missing a step of professionalism. When I am in pain or feeling my worst, she has a way about her bed side manor that makes me feel like I will walk out of the office knowing I had the best possible care. I am sure she faces a lot of challenges, juggling multiple patient rooms, but I would never know it, she never lets it show. I hope Benton Family Clinic knows what a gem Shelly is.

Family has used Dr Williams for years now. She is great, takes her time, great advice and referral if needed.

Dr Christi been our family Doctor for over 20 yrs & I wouldnt see any other doctor. Her excellent care has saved my life many times over the years. She helped me get my legs back after a accident which left me in a wheelchair for 5 yrs. My Dr never gave up on me & she wouldnt let me give up! As far as being in & out so fast shes generally double booked so she has to make things as brief as possible to prevent neglecting any of her other appointments. Ill never go see any other doctor. Dr Chrysti has always been there for my intire family & has literally saved my life many times! In my opinion you wont find a Better Doctor or Clinic! I travel a couple hours now for appointments but shes well worth it!!!! Thank You Dr Chrysti & Staff You guys are truly the best!!

I had been a patient of Chrysti for over 20 years. Due to a miscommunication throughout exchanged letters through the portal, 2 days later I get a certified letter telling me she was no longer my Dr and that I was not allowed to use any other Dr in the clinic. I called to get all of my medical records. What used to be smiles when I walked in, were rude looks. I did nothing to deserve the treatment I was given. I have received my papers to file a client complaint with the State board of Physicians. She is very rushed, not thorough. Does not let you know what she is sensing you on as far as medication and certainly NEVER has told me of I wasn't any better to return. She is very rushed in and out of the room before you can get any questions asked. Due to her negligence, I ended up a week in ICU do to withdrawls of over prescribed medications that she had me on. It's easy for her to write out medications, and not think twice about your safety. I tried to alert her there was a misunderstanding about our conversation. But she dropped me, sent me a certified letter. She didnt allow her nurse call me. Instead she has the ladies from the front desk call. And that Clinical manager ( Glenda) is one of the most rudest people, nose stuck up in the air, I have ever met in my life. She is one of the most spiteful and rudest people in that clinic and in general. She doesn't need to even be allowed to react with patients. This clinic used to be a good place to go. But each year it gets worse and worse as to I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to attend this clinic for your health care. I've known 3 personal friends who have passed away that was under Dr. Williams. care. My close family had begged me for years to leave that clinic and find a better Dr that would take my health issues into matter and not just a quick in and out trip. Please if you value your life, do not trust Chrysti William's to lead your well being. Because they truly dont care. They push you through like cattle. Please reconsider they rudeness of the Drs, staff and any the rude clinical manager unless you want looked down as if of you are a waste of their time. I'm excited to start a new journey with a caring Dr. Because day by day, that place is being more unprofessional as each day passes. Stear clear of this clinic and the rudeness of the Drs. & Employess that leave you clueless whatever even happens as they dont share what they are typing about you the whole you are sitting there wondering and confused. Best advice **Stear Clear** Your payment, not your health is their main concern.

I was Dr. Williams patient for over 15 years. I started with her when she was in the old building. She sent me a certified letter stating she was no longer my doctor. I called and could only talk to the office manager. She told me that I had missed my last two appointments and she does not want me in her office anymore. This manager stated I had not check my A1C in two years. I explained how was I suppose to know that all the times I had been in her office for the last two years that they did not check my A1C. This truly disappoints me! Now I can't get a doctor.

Filing complaint with medical board and will pursue it until disciplinary action taken against her. She treats patients with chronic, progressive medical diagnoses as drug seekers. Does not even do basic assessment to identify problem. Showed no concern over extremely low blood pressure. I am a nurse and never seen any medical provider treat their patients so unprofessionally. Caution friends and family from using her as their physician. She asked "what do you expect me to do for you?" Care.
