I read the few reviews on Google that said Evelyn is great & decided to make an appointment. I haven't been to a doctor in years & need to see someone soon. I haven't been able to make an appointment here yet because every time I call, no matter what button I push will sit there & hold for an eternity until it finally just hangs up. So this morning I have called multiple times, tried multiple line options & have sat on hold for minute after minute without ever hearing a person's voice, only to be hung up on every time. Please get this issue fixed so people can make an appointment. I am giving this a 3 stars, middle ground until I can make an appointment & see how she is in person. If I am ever able to make an appointment.

Dr. Cathcart has been my doctor for many years. In 2016 I went in for my routine physical and pap. She found a very small lump in my left breast that turned out to be cancer. She immediately scheduled me for a mammogram and called me with the results. My cancer was caught very early and I know that it was because of Dr. Cathcart being such a through doctor. She truly treats you like if you were one of her family members. I love her and will always be grateful for the care she has giving me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cathcart for over a decade and she is very attentive, caring, non-judgemental, and an exceptional physician overall. She is an excellent listener and is very thorough when it comes to explaining medication options as well as other lifestyle changes that could decrease negative effects from various diagnoses' you may have, without coming off as pushy or judgemental in any way. Her nurse can be a bit abrupt, or at least was with me on one occasion when she first began working in the office. She might have been just having a rough day though because I haven't had any negative experiences with her nurse since then.
