I have been seeing Dr. Vice for over 25 years. He is very thorough, listens to all my concerns, and answers all my questions. He spends time and offers to make appointments for specialists if necessary. The wait is never long. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have never been talked to so Rudely by any doctor in my life before. I call medical exchange because I had covid and it was a holiday and offices where closed dr vice called me since he was the doc on call. I was checking in with doctor to see if I could get the infusion since I have high blood pressure and on methotrexate. I proceeded to tell him that my sister did this exact thing last week with the same clinic and they where able to send everything over to pharmacy without her having to go to clinic. He began to be even more rude and says that’s not how they do things and never has, proceed to tell me there is serval forms that has to be filled out and he would have to sign of on it and he wasn’t goin to do that, so then I asked him what do I need to do to get the infusion, come to clinic or what? He said he wasn’t going to answer that question I was like your kidding you can’t tell what I need to do? He said call around to pharmacy’s he guessed and they would maybe tell me what to do. His tone and aditude started from the very being of the conversation and he should be no doctor and obviously doesn’t care about people Thankful he is not my doctor and just the one on call

Dr. Vice took me in as a pain management patient when mine retired. I've read complaints. I understand where some may be coming from. Pain management is a difficult , very regulated issue. He always looks me in the eyes, deeply. You can see his wheels working. It would be less stress without people like me, constantly in pain, depression and anxiety to deal with. We are hard cases because of the opioid abuse in Arkansas. He is brave for not turning everyone away. My life depends on people like him to make it tolerable.

he and his staff have repeated treated me more like an intrusion than a patient. the impression i get from him and a lot of his staff is that they believe they are doing me a favor by allowing me to be a patient. very long wait times, kurt answers to questions, impatience and he actually told me that he didn't have time to keep up with some of the medical issues I had previously brought up, in spite of his practice using, or at least having, a computerized patient system.

He and his staff are impolite and seem to have no concept that even though I am called a patient, what I really am is a customer. Their customer service is bad.
