I went for a pre-employment drug screening earlier in the day around 1pm. I was told they wouldn't be doing them until 7pm. I was scheduled for 7pm. I got there 10 minutes early and I was finally taken back at 7:20. There wasn't anyone in the waiting room. The nurse on duty apologized saying she was the only one there.

The website says walk ins are welcome. Walked in at 6:15 pm. The clinic closes at 8 pm. The receptionist said my son couldn’t be seen because there were no appointments left.

Hey all these folks were fantastic. Front to back wonderful!! All nurses and APN Christy ... was well... couldn't be any better; quick, effective, efficient, caring, empathetic, and good technique! thank you all ! (I'm a healthcare professional so I'm tough to please!)

Took my credit card. Did my vitals, at which they could’ve turned me away instead of putting me in a room. APRN legit says go to the ER. 🤷🏻♀️

Arrived an hour and a half before close with a 10yr old with ear infection. Drove thirty min to get here. Told that they weren't taking any more patients and advised that I take him to the ER. Really? For an ear infection?? This is why our emergency departments are overrun with non-emergencies. I checked the website--nothing noted regarding appts for the eve. Then she told me that I could have called, which I have in the past, and I'm always told that it's walk in, and they won't advise if we will be seen. What a waste of time, and I still have a sick kid that would literally take five min to see and prescribe. If the hours say until 8pm, they should accept patients until 8pm. What other healthcare organization refuses patients prior to close? None. Do not recommend.
