I WOULDNT GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION ! Thought Dr. Childs would be a great doctor seeing as I referred my little brother and family members to him. I actually scheduled an appointment to see him last week. BUT I am a nurse that works at a hospital and ended up being sick and hospitalized due to COVID! I was unable to keep my appointment & just received a call from his office to say he NO LONGER WANTS to see me as a new patient because I missed an appointment DUE TO BEING IN THE HOSPITAL! I explained to them I had paperwork to prove I was in the hospital sick; BUT HE HAS DECIDED NOT TO SEE ME OR ALLOW ME TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. I AM A HEALTHCARE WORKER & out of all ppl I would have thought he would understand. But no, this is just another MONEY HUNGRY OFFICE & not willing to actually care for patients who really need to see them! ME & MY FAMILY WILL BE WITHDRAWING CARE & I WILL MAKE SURE I NO LONGER REFER OUR PATIENTS OR ANYONE ELSE TO THIS FACILITY!!!

Dr Childs is awesome! He made me feel completely at ease and answered all my questions. His staff is very professional and friendly! I’m so happy I found him!! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars because he deserves it!!

I felt dr childs was overall informative, and knowledgeable in addressing my problem, I wish he had remained in my area to finish through with my treatment.

I have to remind them to schedule my tests, and they aren't even clear on which procedures were performed. The nurse's response was...I didn't read the whole treatment plan so I missed the part where I was supposed to schedule your tests. She also kept naming the wrong procedure. I kept having to tell her I had a different procedure not the one she kept claiming.

Dr. Child's is a top flight surgeon and took care of my very successful prostate surgery; for cancer. Everything he said was accurate and they whole office was amazing through my very tough time. I think he is the best doctor in the world.

Dr. Childs is one of the most caring doctors that I have ever been associated with. He is a good dr. He really knows what he is doing. He would always answer any questions that I had and was very patient with me. After I was discharged from the hospital after my surgery I had to be readmitted 2 days later as I had got pneumonia. I was there for 3 days. He came and visited me each day. I was not even his patient. I would recommend him to any one needing a urologist.
