I was very impressed by Dr. Kaur’s demeanor. She listened actively to my questions and answered with confidence. This was my first visit with Dr. Kaur and she was very thorough. I felt that she really “leaned in” to our time together.

Dr. Kaur does a good job. No complaints there. The administration at Northwest is a mess. Here's why. Prior to my appt, I received no less than 5 requests to set up patient portal and provide all medical history. I also received multiple email reminders to arrive 15 minutes early. I did. The doors to the clinic were not opened until my appt time. I had to wait in a line with 6 other patients out the door as we all got slowly checked in. I still had to fill out all of the info I input on my patient portal. There were NO masks available for sick people. By the time I was called back it was 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Dr Kaur, her nurse and lab staff did a great job. Friendly, efficient and professional. I recieved a call the next day with lab results. 2 days later I received a call from a technician asking to schedule another appointment. This was very confusing as lab results showed no need for follow up. Another mis-step with administration. I still am unsure of my lab results and if a follow up is warranted. Certainly Northwest can do better.

I’m 63 yrs. The last 3 years I have had numerous health issues! Some of those issues have been with the health care providers (gaslighters, as they are called) I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to finally have a Dr. That really cares. I don’t think you are going to find a better Dr. Thank you Dr Kaur, Thank you very much - DGH

wonderful doctor and staff, very nice and friendly, she takes wonderful care of my mother in her practice I refer her to anyone in need of a doctor!!

I liked Dr. Kaur she listened to me and had me tests results back and had called other doctors for me.

Dr Kaur has been my Doctor of Internal Medicine for 6 months. I have read medical reviews that rate Arkansas among the lowest of U.S. states when it comes to medical care. I have had 3 yrs. of nothing but health issues (everything came at once, dominoe effect, paying for past sins, take your pick, I sure don’t know) some of those issues have been with health care providers (they are called gaslighters as I understand). Well, you can imagine how happy I am to now have a Doctor I can trust, who takes the time to consider all the possibilities, and above all to show she cares. I am extremely thankful I found Dr Kaur!!!

When I finally found at 61 years old and above average and I mean an way above average family practitioner her name was Dr k a u r and I cannot tell you how intelligent, personable, compassionate but Direct, and knowledgeable Beyond any family practitioner I've ever dealt with in the 61 years I've been alive. Dr k a u r should be commanded for an example for all family practitioners that just skate by with simple little pads of paper that they write simple prescriptions on and just send you on your way she misses nothing she checks everything to the fullest extent. If you do not want to know how you were really doing and you do not care about your health do not use her because she is going to tell you and she is not going to play and yet she is . Anyway I thought I had really lost something with my old doctor had left going to do it gently most of the time LOL and she is going to be thorough so you better be ready for the honest brutal truth about where your health is today because she's going to let you know I have the utmost respect and admiration for her I do indeed hope nothing has happened to cause this relationship to dissolve like so many others have in the past in the medical field due to the way the medical field is ran which is totally out of her hands anyway I thought I had really lost something with my old doctor left abruptly overnight gone I couldn't believe it devastated but she was so right on top of everything within a 48-hour period She had me as a patient and knew everything about me to say the least I was impressed she had to grow on me a minute I will admit and I'm sure without a shadow of a doubt she will say the same about me but today we have a good working relationship I have the utmost respect for her and try to do as she asked me to I do thank you Dr k a u r and your staff your nurse is wonderful, you you are wonderful and I will try to live up to my end and try to do better in taking care of myself is not to make your job so hard thanks again for all you do all the Care and all the knowledge you brought to this community we need more doctors like you thank you very much if I were you and I was searching for a good primary care physician for myself my family members anyone I would definitely call this lady. You will not be disappointed by any means unless you simply do not want to hear the truth thank you so much and have a blessed day Lori Hutton
