Selecting Hook Eye Care (Todd Hook, OD) was an excellent decision. I was unhappy with my previous eye care provider and was fortunate enough to find a team that respect and value their patients. The team at Hook Eye Care made me feel appreciated and I didn't feel like a "number" or a "cattle" being prodded along a busy process just like my previous provider. FYI, it was a practice of four optometrists with, what seemed to be, thousands of patients. It was just too large and impersonal. Communication at Hook Eye Care was instantaneous and the team were always professional and very easy to talk to. Madison (admin support) welcomes people with a genuine smile and is always ready to lend a helping hand. Melissa (nurse) was caring and friendly with a nurturing character. Blake (optician) was detailed, respectful, and goes out of his way to ensure the patient understands all financial matters confidently. As a support team, all three were synchronized to deliver the best service to their patients. I truly felt valued and appreciated. Regarding Dr. Hook, he was caring, friendly, thoughtful, and patient. He took the time to get to know me. He asked the right questions and even used unusual tools to ensure my prescription numbers were accurate. As an example, we used a tape measure to accurately know the distance between my eyes and a computer monitor for proper distance reading prescription. His services and products were priced right and affordable. All in all, I am so glad to have chosen Hook Eye Care for my vision/eye care needs. This is a trustworthy team, and I highly RECOMMEND their services to anyone in the NW Arkansas area. Thank you and keep up the great work!
