Absolutely horrible. They do not work with any kind of dietary restriction or allergy you have, they just send you home. The checking desk for the ER is in a tiny area in the hospital hallway with a few chairs nearby, there is NO privacy. They loudly tell you your balance regardless of if there's other patients in the area and they have no care for the patients privacy or dignity.
My Dad had to be taken there because he has the flu and Covid and could not breathe Sunday. They said he would be in there for five days to receive intervenous medication. Now they said they have no rooms and will not transfer him to anywhere and have done all they can do and are sending him home after two days. He doesn’t sound like himself and is super sick. We also explain that we are all sick with the flu and we’re all sick with the flu at the moment. They said even if they have to send him home in a taxi that he is going home today. I’ve never heard of this happening before and it is absolutely terrible.
The hospital is sending my dad home, even though he can’t breathe. He doesn’t sound like himself, and he can barely get up to go Pee by himself. I explained that there is no one that will be able to take care of him once he’s home and that we also don’t want to be exposed to Covid since he has it and we all have medical problems of our own and the flu that we’re sick with currently. We explained he would not even be able to make it down the stairs without to get into his home without assistance. Explain this to the bed supervisor and to his doctor and they are still sending him home. They even said they’re going to get an ambulance to take him home and have them help him inside. The hospital said he would be in there for five days since he has the flu and Covid. They are sending him home after 2 to 2 1/2 days. Please help!!!
I like my Dr faucet ... He listens to questions and will answer his best ...
I can't speak highly enough about the care I received last night (07/07/22) in the emergency room. Dr. Johnson and the entire nursing, imaging, and registration staff treated me so kindly from start to finish. It was obvious they were going to keep helping me till the issue was figured out and they worked diligently to help me deal with it and get some relief from the pain. I also appreciated the fact that they didn't treat me like any of my questions were stupid.
If you have to be in hospital, the service here is very good
Place Even Death Has To Wait Forever To get Service lol
Dr. Charles Horton is a great doctor. He is thorough with taking of your issues or problems when visiting him. He also cares deeply for his patients. He is kind and gentle. I have been going to DR Horton for quite some years now. He sends me to a specialist if I need to see one. Giving me options of who to see and why I need to go. That is very important to me. I am comfortable with him as well as his staff.
Do not go here!! A bunch of quacks. My mom went in with nausea and extreme confusion. They sent her home and told her she had the stomach flu. Turns out she had blockage of her liver and was hours from death when I finally took her to Harrison and they took her by ambulance to Springfield. My husband went in with a 4 x 1/2 inch splinter in his wrist from a 2 x 4 out of a chicken house. The gave him a tetanus shot and sent him home. No antibiotics or anything. I will never waste my time here again.
I wouldn't take my sick dog to this hospital!! My Dad went in with covid on Saturday and they couldn't get him out fast enough.. by Tuesday he was in Fayetteville hospital with covid pneumonia and had to be sent to Pine Bluff.. I called Berryville Hospital and told them that my dad was sent to Pine Bluff and the ER nurse (that was a man) just laughed and said he was at a good place!! First of all he should have never been sent home.. if I knew the male nurses name I would put it in here, but I don't remember.. this hospital should be closed down for not treating people who need treated.. and for a medical assistant who laughs at covid and my dad being sent to another hospital, this man should be fired!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
