I've never met Dr. Raghavan but she needs to get rid of whoever is on her staff with the name of Darlene at the St. Vincent primary clinic on south university. Darlene has an attitude problem and needs extensive training in compassionate caring and customer service. i had a very unpleasant experience with Ms. Darlene, she was very rude and hung up on me when i asked her not to patronize me as I was trying to establish as a new patient with Dr. Raghavan. my message to CHI St. vincent and DR. Raghavan.. I'm pretty sure your organization has been through the ringer over the last 10 years and has gotten worse since the pandemic, understandably. My suggestion is to hire ancillary staff who are kind and willing to help, unlike Ms. Darlene who hung up on me as I was trying to explain my predicament.

The waiting room is polluted with televisions overly promoting AR Care and it gushing testimonials. Otherwise I have had multiple pleasant experiences with the office, staff and Dr. Raghavan.

This is a very poor rated doctor who cares nothing for the sick people he's supposed to be responsible for. Where is the oversight? Is there anyone out there in this organization who really cares!

I do not like the unprofessionalism of this guy. He did not even see me half of the time I went to see him. He did not want to talk to me when I visited, bur rather my weight. He sounded surprised that my vitals and fast blood test were within normal ranges.
