The therapist I saw was fine, but Carson Physical Therapy has a shady billing department. Even after one settles the bill in full, the billing department will send a bill every couple of months demanding payment. In addition, even if one calls them and speaks at length to a rep to dispute said bill and provides a receipt, they will STILL send a bill. At this point, it feels like harassment after everything I've been through.

This is my 2nd time using Carson, and it's still great! Mallory G. is the best! She has really helped me heal from a broken shoulder and muscle damage. Congrats to Mallory on being named Saline County's best PT!!

Carson’s provides excellent treatment and guidance on what is needed to regain the ability to walk again following Total knee surgery. I had brought my mother years ago after she had knee surgery and now my mother walks and gets around better than she has in many years. She is now 75 years of age and can go on hikes,Swim, camp and enjoy all her outside activities. After I had to have surgery on my knee at 53 years old I knew exactly where I was going for therapy and the therapist I was hoping to request. Mallory is excellent at her job providing exercises needed to regaining the ability to walk again. While performing her guidance she talks and truly gets to know her patients. Mallory is truly the best physical therapist I’ve known and if anyone needs help regaining the ability to function after surgery give her a call.
