Been a patient for 20 years, got COVID, left message for Dr Skelley to call me to discuss what I needed to do at 10:30 am, no call back. At 10:30 am next morning call leave another message, thinking he didn’t get the first. Was told message was sent the day before at 11:03. So did the Doctor ignore my message, knowing my medical history? Wait times in office are you exceptionally long. Besides the ladies in the front the turnover is astronomical! Such a shame to see where it was and where it is now.

I dreaded having to deal with his office every month for simple refills. It takes five to seven days and five to ten phone calls on average for a simple refill. I have switched to a new doctor, but his license should be pulled, and his office should be shut down. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

Do NOT go to this office. Has low ratings for a reason! Turned away my husband sick with COVID and asthma because he has not been there in a few years!! Claim: Would be a new patient and can't see him anytime soon. Claim: Takes Humana insurance but does not have anymore Humana "slots" and won't accept cash. Assume they think we are Medicare/Medicaid and we Are NOT!

Refused to see former patient sick with COVID (and has asthma) because of insurance provider (Humana). They take Humana but claim they have no more slots.

I have no idea what all these bad reviews are about. Dr. Skelley is amazing. The front desk staff, Ms. Annette and Ms. Jennifer are great. Yes the nurses sometimes take a while to return calls, but everyone has to remember they are busy too! Just be patient, they will get back to you and they will get your meds called in. I have been going to Dr. Skelley for 4 years and never had an issue!

Today I had the pressure of meeting Dr. Skelley and his staff(New Patient) ! The front office was very professional and courteous. Tiffany his nurse was exceptional with a wonderful sense of humor. Dr. Skelley was very thorough, professional and seemed to want to know me as a person and not just a chart number . I can't say enough good things about this clinic . Great job !
