List of Christopher Skelley's Reviews
Refused to see former patient sick with COVID and has asthma because of insurance provider Humana. They take Humana but claim they have no more slots.
Today I had the pressure of meeting Dr. Skelley and his staffNew Patient The front office was very professional and courteous. Tiffany his nurse was exceptional with a wonderful sense of humor. Dr. Skelley was very thorough professional and seemed to want to know me as a person and not just a chart number . I cant say enough good things about this clinic . Great job
Dr. Skelley is excellent Hes also warm welcoming. If it were only him he would get a 5 star rating Unfortunately he some major issues with his staff the lab which is independent theres no coordination between office them. So I had to only give a 3 star probably should have been a 2. Staff are not good in returning calls. The billing is not coordinated well the lab way over charges for self pay pts. seemingly charging the same as if you had insurance asking for upfront in full before drawing blood. The office manager likes to do their own billing for all charges including for the lab which about is 14 of what the lab charges but when you go to the lab they NEVER know this. Thus you either pay the lab do the test then wait last time it took me 3 months to get it straightened out or if the office manager isnt in that day happened to me today you walk out dont have the labs he ordered until the ofc. manager calls you back straightens out with the lab. If you get a call back. Its a shame because Dr. Skelley deserves much better If you have insurance you wont have the same issues other than problems with the staff not calling you back.Again Dr. Shelley is a very good doctor.
Dr Skelley has always been very thorough. He takes time with his patients.
Dr. Skelley I love but his office staff are rude. The last two times I’ve had labs done. No one ever called me about my results. Still till this day no one has called me. Since he has moved in this new office and got new office staff. It’s has went down. They want return your phone calls. Then get mad because you keep calling. I don’t know what to do about his problem. Maybe this office needs to be reported. Something needs to change. I would figure it should start with the doctors cleaning hous
They do not return calls nor return request for refills from Pharmacy even when it’s medication like diabetic medication. Once the pharmacy got a message back saying no patient by that name Office staff and nurses are not friendly. Dr. Shelley stated he was going to order MRI. After 3 weeks not ordered went back to see him. He promised it would be scheduled that day. After two weeks and it not been scheduled. I made an appointment with Ortho Dr.
Went to Dr. Skelley for a first visit. Spent nearly three hours in the waiting room. The nurse was very rude uncaring distant and didnt act like she cared or not whether I was there when she finally called me back. As she was taking my vitals her rudeness escalated to the point where I got up walked out of the exam room got a refund of my copay and left. With all the bad reviews on this website it looks like something should be done to doctors offices like this.
Ultimately it is a doctors responsibility to make sure that his orders are followed through on. Dr. Skelley is a good doctor and is friendly to talk to but just will not proactively give you any direction concerning preventative health care such as recommended agebased screenings nor will he follow through on decisions or findings during visits. Ask to see Tim a P.A. at the same clinic if you want immediate care. He and my wife calling them repeatedly saved my finger last fall.
Just started seeing Dr. Skelly after my Dr retired. He seams to be fine but that office is like none I have ever dealt with. Husband and I have only been twice. It took 4 phone calls to remind them to call in his prescriptions And as of now Im still waiting for them to call in a prescription from yesterdays visit. The front office is very unprofessional. While waiing to see the doctor all the girls behind window seem to be having a party with all the laughing and squealing going on.
We liked Dr.Skelley at our appointment with him. He was very helpful in answering our question. NO follow up after my visit has been done. Have tried phoning for doctors nurse Samantha for the past 4 days to get results for an MRI done last week. She has NOT returned any of our calls and can not leave message on her phone line. My ID Caller does not show any one from the clinic has called here. Talked to Annette the receptionist who answered the phone about 15 minutes ago and told her to have Doctor call us since his nurse does not return our calls. Hope someone will call us by tomorrow. May have to go to another doctor at another clinic to get any results.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
