MIchael Beard's Online Review Report Card

I am a retired RN. My father was a physician two sisters with masters in nursing and one sister is a hospital administrator. I grew up around many Docs and medical professionals. DR. Beard is by far one of the best if not the best Internal Medicine Physicians I have even had the pleasure of trusting with my health care. Is he busy? Very. How many people would feel comfortable being seen by a Doc who didnt have many patients? Think about it. Is it about money. Question? How many reasonable people would spend 10 years getting the best education that matters and then proclaim I am the lowest bidder. Are you kidding me? Some people are unreasonable or uneducated about how medicine works in this day and time. I thank God for Dr. Michael Beard and his staff. I know for a fact he works late and hard. My medical conditions are extremely hard to manage however Dr. Beards care plan for me is unmatched.

Dr. Beard is now with Baptist Family Clinic and I’m so glad I followed him. He is hands down the best family doctor. He listens and will always take the time like you are the only patient he’s seeing that day. Some of the reviews on other sites are unjust as you can tell they are pill shoppers or trying to get pain scripts over the phone without coming in. No good doc would ever risk their license to practice for those types of patients. If you want a good PCP that cares listens and will do everything in their power to get you feeling better go to Dr. Beard

Outstanding doctor with a nurse practitioner Leslie that I have used for the last 10+ years. Very informative and always helpful when I call. I certainly recommend Dr. Beard and Leslie for a PCP.

Dr. Beard is highly intelligent and extremely knowledgeable. He is very caring and will always take the time to listen to you. He and his staff are always very friendly and you never have a long wait time. The office has a 24 hour turnaround time on prescriptions that do not require you to see the doctor so what others has said regarding that issue is incorrect. I would recommend Dr. Beard as a family doctor to anyone who is searching for a highly qualified physician.

I have been seeing Dr Beard for several years and Mrs Chambers. They both are very knowledgeable but when it comes to having refills filled its anightmare. My Pharmacy faxed their office for refills on Wednesday Aug 15th 2018 and called them on the 16th and faxed them again. On the 17th they called and sent a request again. I was out of an important medicine that I should not miss adose. This happens almost monthly and they always tell the Pharmacy that they didnt get the request. Thats hard to believe when several requests are sent. Someone is not doing their job somewhere.

Horrible. My wife goes there. She is prescribed medicine she must take all the time yet they make her run out constantly. She will call them a week ahead before she runs out and they will still not call it in until she has been out for several days. Serious medication too. My opinion is they only care about money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Dr. Beard is fantastic his staff is AWFUL. Prepare for rude pushy and unfriendly He also gets behind but he truly cares and is so very thorough.

Most concerned about his patients than any dr. I have ever seen. Wish there were more like him. I dont have him personally but he takes care of my father. I wished I had the opportunity to have him as my primary care physician.

Dr. Beard is a very nice Doctor. Its really to bad that a lot of his staff are very rude. Amy has always been nice and helpful. It takes them forever to fill prescriptions. The staff makes or breaks the company. I wont be back.
