Dr. Schoen and his whole staff are friendly and caring. They take their time to make every patient feel at ease. Heather who answered the phone and made my appointment was so helpful in helping me get in soon even though the schedule was full. Traviswho is amazing took my Xrays and helped with my consult and even after I left and was talking to insurance he came back to answer even more questions. Rhonda was helpful and kind in explaining what my insurance would cover and giving me options on how to pay Karen was friendly and put a smile on my face the day of surgery and offered to collect after surgery in case the cost went down so she wouldn’t overcharge me. Dr. Schoen is professional friendly and answered any questions my family threw at him after my surgery. The whole office is top notch. I would highly recommend this office. Dr. Schoen is straightforward and genuinely cares for his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable. He called to check on me after my surgery. I had an issue a couple of days after my surgery as well and he got back to me immediately even though it was outside of business hours...on the weekend no less. Dr. Schoen is just spectacular.

Upon a recommendation I decided to commute from Fayetteville to Little Rock for a consultation with Dr. Schoen. He was professional took time to explain all options and answer my questions and concerns in a manner that was easily understood. I decided it was worth the drive. I had a bone graft and two implants on the same day. I made the right decision and highly recommend Dr. Schoen his nurse and office staff.
